Regarding your articles on dealing with wet drunks: chapter seven in our textbook [the Big Book] advises, "Don't deal with him if he is very drunk. . . . Wait for the end of the spree, or at least for a lucid interval." After all these years and many changes in AA, I still find chapter seven to be our best guide in working with others.
