Passing the Bar

It has been eighteen months since I entered the Fellowship of AA. I didn't get here voluntarily but through an intervention conducted by my wife, several friends, and the Impaired Lawyers Committee of the State Bar of Georgia. I've described my entry into AA as being like pulling a big cat off a set of curtains, all ten claws hanging on--the curtain being torn to shreds in the process.
