Born sober
Like anybody else, I was born with a sober mind. Up to my eighteenth year, I didn't taste anything with an alcoholic smell. I was lured into drinking by peer-group pressure and started with softened waragi, a local potent undistilled gin. I progressed unhindered to taking unmixed stuff and graduated to heavier spirits when I started working.
