End of the Rainbow

I attended my first steering committee meeting of my home group because AA was important to me. I was feeling responsible for the continuation and health of my group. Only six months had passed since my last drink. I knew that the reason I was sober was because these people had passed on to me the gift of sobriety. I couldn't bear to think what would happen without that gift.
