The Pain Has Made Me Stronger

I was born in Wales, Great Britain, the last child of four. My siblings had already left the nest to find employment in England. When I was twelve, we moved to Bristol, to a house next door to my eldest sister and her family, with my other sister up the road a ways. We liked to be close. The aunts would come to visit and cousins would come for vacations.
