The Hand of AA

At one time, my work required a lot of travel. When on the road, I always made it a point to attend an AA meeting. On one trip to Chicago I made a few phone calls and decided that the evening meeting at the Mustard Seed Group on the north side of Chicago sounded like it would suit me just fine. After looking at the map and talking to some people at my hotel, I decided to walk the several miles to the meeting place. I left the hotel early in the afternoon and had an enjoyable walk out to where the meeting was located. I found a nice place and had a nice supper. Arriving at the meeting place about an hour before the meeting, I was able to spend a pleasant time talking with people as they arrived.
