A WELL-DRESSED COMMUTER was heading into the city for a day of work and trying with some difficulty to read his morning newspaper. The source of his distraction was a somewhat overripe drunk who was sitting in front of him, desperately clutching two briefcases. Finally the commuter's curiosity got the best of him.
