Distilled Spirits

I'm forever grateful for the program of Alcoholics Anonymous. Whenever things have gone astray, I can always locate the difficulty--which most often has to do with some action I've taken based on self. I don't believe that things go wrong; I believe I open a door to allow 'wrongness' into my life, sometimes by not accepting a situation I cannot change. But I can always take the corrective action needed--for example, making an amends--and get myself back on track, away from a drink, and toward my Higher Power.
