Plan B

One of the most frustrating things for alcoholics is disappointment, and some of us have suffered many of these. We plan to do various activities, or plan on someone doing something with us--going out on a date, going bowling, maybe meeting another couple for dinner or an AA meeting--but then it doesn't happen. The whole thing may fall apart, sometimes without any prior notice.
