Lives of the Not-so Rich and Famous

A horrendous realization came to me one morning when I was curled up in a ball on the floor with my face buried in my hands. Any morals I once had, as well as every ounce of dignity I'd once possessed, were gone. I'd sacrificed everything for the bottle--my children, my body, my integrity. I was sobbing when I asked God to please help me, and the answer came to me as a still small voice within, telling me to go to Alcoholics Anonymous.
