The Good New Days
The theme of the 2000 Virginia Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous Convention was "Bridging the Gap." In keeping with that theme, they asked an old guy like me to be the opening speaker on Friday evening, the first night of the convention. I had to remind the group that despite my looks, I really was an old guy.
