I'm originally from Staten Island, New York, the youngest of four children. I started drinking at an early age, watching my older brother. I wanted to be just like him because he made everything look glamorous and had a lot of friends who respected him. So naturally, I thought it had something to do with drinking. But it wasn't until my father passed away that I started abusing alcohol and drugs on a daily basis. I was twelve years old at the time. Using alcohol and drugs numbed the pain and soon became what I thought was the answer to all my problems.
