TWO COLLEGE STUDENTS, Frank and Matt, were riding a New York City subway when a man approached them, asking for spare change. Frank adamantly refused. Matt, on the other hand, whipped out his wallet, pulled out a couple of singles, and handed them to the guy with a smile.
