Sharing Hope

One Sunday after returning from our area assembly in Kingston, Ontario, I went to a ten-year birthday meeting for a friend of mine. This friend had taken me to ninety meetings in ninety days when he was just a year or so sober, almost a decade ago. Since I am only three and a half years sober, I obviously wasn't ready at that time for what AA had to offer.
