I just received the March 2001 issue of the Grapevine and saw the photo of the four Dead End signs in Picture This. The signs are on the road that leads to the Missouri River Correctional Center here in Bismarck, which is used to test designs and materials for the sign shop located in the prison. Hence, the unusual number of identical signs in the same location. As it happens, I am a resident at MRCC.
