Kid Stuff

I was sitting in one of my favorite closed AA meetings when I looked up and saw two children in attendance. I immediately began to get uncomfortable. I told myself to remain calm, keep an open mind about this, and get what I could from the meeting. Well, there was no hope for it: I just couldn't ignore those children flapping around in their sandals, making repeated visits to the coffeepot, going in and out of the door, and whispering with their mother.
