The Home Group<lbHeartbeat of AA

Here in Dutch Harbor, Alaska, many who find in AA a workable solution to our soul sickness are male. With a ratio of six men to one woman for many years, island women have sought an alternative to the mixed meetings. The site of our refuge is a small two-room cabin without running water, heated by a wood-fired cook stove, in an area known as Captain's Bay.
