Pow! Right in the eye
I recently read the passage in the Big Book that describes how Anonymous Number Three arrived at the hospital with the DTs and blackened the eyes of two nurses. Pow! Right in the eye. Then the nurses got Number Three bedded down; gave him his medication; made his bed; bathed him; and served him his meals.
