The thirteenth step
My greatest challenge in sobriety has been in the past three years. I was attending a dance for members of Alcoholics Anonymous when I fell in lust with a newcomer. Convincing myself that I had a strong program, I gave 100 percent to helping her get sober. I thought she was a good catch, and I was going to be her knight in shining armor.
