Fatal inflation
I just finished reading "The Case of the Inflated Ego" (August 2001). Having eight years of sobriety, I easily fall into the false pride trap. I find myself "holding back" from sponsees. After all, they might think less of me if they learn I have tough days or weeks or months. Heck, they might even change sponsors! The same thinking can keep me from calling my sponsor.
