I just wanted to thank you for the department called "Youth Enjoying Sobriety (Y.E.S.)." I bring an institutions meeting into an alcohol rehabilitation center for teens aged twelve to eighteen. Although many of these beautiful recovering drunks knew they were powerless over alcohol, many felt terminally unique due to the misconception that they were too young to be part of our fellowship. Bringing them back issues of the Grapevine and pointing out the "Youth Enjoying Sobriety" department showed them there were young people like themselves all over the world who were also in recovery, and that the "we" in our First Step really was big enough to include them.
