Sentenced to Sobriety
It took a lot more than prisons and lockdown wards to persuade him to stop drinking
At age twenty, I sat in my first AA meeting. Local AA members had brought it into the prison where I was an inmate. At the time, it didn't mean much to me, but that early seed had been planted and the experience stuck with me.
