The Weaving

She and her Higher Power agreed it was time to let it go

I am an eighty-three year old woman and have been sober twenty-six years. At this point in my life, I am trying to share my life's treasures with others. This is a story of how I was led to share one of those treasures. In this wonderful program of Alcoholics Anonymous, one of the first things I tried to learn to practice was the saying, "Let Go and Let God." I don't always remember it when I should, but when I do, small miracles sometimes happen.
