Say hello to a newcomer
Years ago, I heard a speaker begin her talk by shaming us for our occasionally indifferent treatment of one another in AA. She described walking into meetings as she traveled the country and not having anyone even say hello to her. I laughed out loud and thought to myself, "Guilty as charged!"
