Sober over Sixty

They were invisible until they found AA

Fifteen years ago, at the age of sixty-one, I joined the Fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous and have been sober ever since. At that time, I believed "coke" was something one mixed with rum for a Cuba Libre, ice was added to chill the drink, and pot was an object one cooked in. I've learned at meetings that coke, ice, and pot have other meanings, too.
