Why Are We Drinking?
It was the Korean War era and I enlisted in the Air Force. Soon after, at the end of a stormy courtship, I married my high school sweetheart. I was on my way to do battle for my country without ever realizing that the real battle was to come, and it would be long in duration, for it demanded total surrender to attain victory.
