Being of Pakistani origin, I've enjoyed learning about AA's emergence in other lands by browsing through the Grapevine Digital Archive. By searching the archive with the keyword "Pakistan," I came across moving submissions from S.H. of Karachi, Pakistan, one of which was later reprinted in Came To Believe. Reading these passages from a fellow Pakistani AA member during early sobriety has been a turning point for me, helping especially with an awareness of the inclusiveness and freedom of AA's suggested spiritual path.
