A guy I'll call Denny came for his exit interview straight from the gym, pumped and glistening under his black wife-beater. Gold chains around his neck and wrists gleamed under the cheap fluorescent lights common to publicly funded agencies. "So what' you gonna tell my P.O., Doc?"
