Another Day, Another Dollar

I came into the Fellowship expecting that stopping drinking, getting a sponsor, and working the program would automatically make my life completely trouble-free. I would always feel great, everyone would love me, and I would have constant and unending bliss, serenity, and peace. And it would be easy, with little effort on my part. Kind of like getting a haircut. "Such a deal!" I thought. "And for only a dollar! Sign me up!"
