It's about alcoholics talking with one another--no matter what language they speak

In 1998, I was at London's Heathrow Airport, awaiting my flight to Bombay, India. The flight was delayed by three hours, and I was beginning to feel hungry, angry, lonely, and tired. I was flipping though a trashy magazine when I heard this announcement over the loudspeaker: "If there are any friends of Bill W. who wish to get together, please come to the check-in counter at British Airways."
