The Fellowship Factor

You can't find it in a book

I have heard people say that the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous is not the program, but if it were not for the fellowship, many people could not have withstood the pressures they were going through. This was true for me. My older son, who had fought this disease and had been in and out of the rooms of AA trying to live our way of life, gave up in the early morning hours of March 29, 2001. He took his own life because he had lost the hope that this program offers all of us.
