Never Sober Today Before
A spiritual awakening in the parking lot
"I've never been sober today before." This is one of the most profound slogans I've ever heard in AA. I'll never forget that cold winter's night when Joe D. first shared it with me. I was going through a rough time and churning with so much emotion that Joe explained it to me in simple terms.
