Getting Out Of A Hole

The first time I drank I was sixteen years old. I blacked out and woke up the next morning lying face down in puke. Just a natural, I guess. I soon figured out how to get drunk and black out without waking up in puke (most of the time). I considered this controlled drinking. I thought blackouts were normal; hell, they were normal for me.
