A Heartbreaker
One way to make amends to an old flame
When I was sober for three years, I decided to move from Pennsylvania to Florida. My sponsor asked me if I had cleaned my side of the street and made amends to the best of my ability and knowledge. My answer was yes. Then I asked myself the ultimate question, which was whether or not I wanted to shovel snow anymore, and that answer was no, so I moved to Florida.
