Gossip and recovery
I have recently been the subject of "well-meaning gossip" between two friends in AA. When the secret finally came out in the wash, one member realized how hurtful and damaging the talk was. She made a Tenth Step amend and put it to an end. This made it easy to forgive and renew the friendship.
