Waiting For The Serenity Train

Another day in the life of an alcoholic

The commuter train station seems empty on this late southern California afternoon, and I'm experiencing a craving for something, but can't quite place what it is. I've lost the desire to let ice-cooled tequila roll across my tongue to comfort my craving. There's no urge to flirt with a woman who is not my wife. That won't satisfy me now.
