The body does not need mending for the soul to thrive

My daughter had the HIV virus. She was at home, dying. She and I used to sit in the living room and listen to a famous evangelist on Sundays, trying to get the spiritual angle. While we watched, faith healers and religious people touched people on the head and cured them. I took her to one. I pushed her to the front row in a wheelchair. I saw the blind see, I saw the crippled walk, and I saw the deaf hear. She got her turn, but I still pushed her back home in a wheelchair.
