PO BOX 1980

The "coffee guy" was missing from my AA meeting last night. My thoughts immediately jumped to what could have possibly happened to him. I am very new to AA and sobriety. Uncomfortable with asking the question, I was left to my own thoughts and I wasn't able to ascertain the reason for his absence. But what I was left with was the stark reality of how fragile this whole thing is. How could I be part of something like AA where people don't always succeed? What if it happens to me? What if I drink? How could I be in a room with twenty-five other people who could blow up in an instant?
