BEYOND WISHFUL THINKING

I was originally introduced to AA because of a back problem. My parents told me I drank too much. My brother and sister told me I drank too much, and my friends and acquaintances told me I drank too much--I wanted to get them off my back. So, I went to meetings. But all I did was go to meetings. Needless to say, the program didn't work.
