Alcoholism emerges later in life
I am a sixty-two-year-old retired surgical nurse. I have a wonderful husband, four beautiful children, six grandchildren, and two greats. I am blessed. But three years ago, I was healing from an emotional breakdown. I was "burned out" with my profession. I had given all I could give, and then I retired.
