In the late summer of 2006, the Nominating/Special Needs desk at the General Service Office (GSO) forwarded an inquiry from California to our Area 49 Delegate. The letter inquired if any of the General Service Conference areas would be willing to develop and host an online bulletin board (or forum) to serve as a communication tool for people involved in Special Needs/Accessibility service throughout AA.
