A very young AA applies the principles in his quest for a better education

I had no idea what was going to happen that day. It started off like any other day. I woke up and got loaded. Stumbled into summer school and fell asleep. I couldn't wait to go to the party that was happening that night because my friend's parents were out of town. I had a counseling appointment to go to that afternoon because the relationship between my parents and me had long since eroded. Teachers and schools officials were calling, worried about me. Little did I know that the counseling appointment was going to last 60 days and include my 16th birthday.
