A Super-Sized Resentment

For a few months, I'd been suffering the life-threatening emotions that always accompany resentments. This time, I decided to surrender a little more quickly. I remembered the story "Freedom from Bondage" in the Third Edition of the Big Book. The writer got over her resentments by praying that all the things she wanted for herself be given to the person she resented.
