Baked with love
I loved "Cake packs a punch" (Dear Grapevine, August 2009). I am one of those strange people who really like fruitcake. After I started attending AA meetings, I learned that not only was I supposed to stop drinking alcohol, I should stop eating it as well. I missed my mom's alcohol-laced "brick" at Christmas.
