The man in the mirror

I heard a woman in a meeting say, "If you can spot it, you got it!" She was saying that if something disturbs you about another person, then you have the same characteristic in your personality, or you yourself have done the very thing you object to. When I hear comments such as this, I am reminded of the Tenth Step. It makes it clear to me that I need to take my inventory, not the inventory of others. It also gives me some information about myself.
