A Korean War vet who shot a man while drunk begins to repair his past
Alcoholics Anonymous saved me from a fate far worse than death. Was I afraid to die? I don't know, but I was certainly afraid to live. I was quite uncaring of my own well-being, for on more than one occasion I placed myself in harm's way.
