Dear Grapevine

TODAY is my 32nd anniversary in AA. I am so grateful at the age of 57 to have the opportunity to live a life I could never have hoped for when I was growing up in an alcoholic home. My first drink was at age 15 or 16, and I was an alcoholic from the start. My last drink was at age 25. AA has given me many gifts and adventures as I explored my world with the help of the Fellowship. My three kids are in their 30s and I am thrilled to have two grandsons. I am celebrating my sobriety with a letter to Grapevine.
