A mother's nightmare

IN February of 2009, when my son was 9 months old, he woke up with a droopy eyelid. I noticed that his left eyelid was practically closed. I tried to stay calm, but my mind goes to terrible places when I'm scared. I had to wait almost two hours until the doctor's office opened, and by the time it did I was a nervous wreck. I did spend some of that time praying, but only between the internet searches for "droopy eye."
