EDITOR'S NOTE

In a world where privacy is at a premium, where does anonymity fit in, especially for members of Alcoholics Anonymous? Indeed, to "civilians," the notion must seem almost quaint, but within the Fellowship, anonymity has never had more relevance and is a hotly debated topic at forums, roundups and the Conference itself. There is no doubt that the internet is a powerful tool for connecting AAs, and you have to wonder that Bill W. would have made of social media.
