A failure to find the "right God" eventually led her to her best friend
I went to a strict Catholic school until 8th grade. My school record said that I was a troublemaker (for throwing a girl’s hat, copying a bad hairdo from a teenage magazine and other things). I had good grades despite the fact that I had no one to help me with homework. Due to my “bad reputation,” I was refused entry into any Catholic high school I applied to.
